Engagement of a certified valuer to conduct valuation of agricultural infrastructures

Background information.

Kilimo Trust Rwanda (KTR) is Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) working on agriculture and agribusiness that specializes in the design and implementation of sustainable agribusiness solutions in Rwanda and across East Africa. Kilimo Trust has worked collaboratively with agricultural value chain actors to co-develop interventions that enhance farm productivity, improve postharvest management, expand access to finance and appropriate technologies.  

Kilimo Trust Rwanda (KTR) is leading the implementation of matching grant projects, with an aim to contribute to poverty reduction and improve food security and incomes to rural households

 Kilimo Trust Rwanda is hereby calling Certified Valuer to Conduct Valuation of Agricultural Infrastructures, from suitable companies in line with the forementioned sector.  

Bidders Interested are to submit the following

1. Call Expression of interest letter addressed to Team Leader of Kilimo Trust Rwanda.
2. Company registration certificate.
3. The company must be with Institute of Real Property Valuers (IRPV)
4. Rwanda Revenue Authority (RRA) Tax Clearance Certificate.
5. Rwanda Social Security Board (RSSB) Clearance Certificate.
6. At least 3 certificates of completion and 2 recent contracts of similar related services in agricultural sector for at least last three years.

Submission and Deadline 

All required Bid documents must be written in English and submitted on this platform not later than Friday 14th July 2026 at 5:00PM Rwandan Time.
